Return & Exchange Policy

At Mona Abbadi, your satisfaction matters to us.

Order Inspection
Customers may open the package upon delivery. If an order contains multiple items, the entire order must be accepted. Partial returns with the courier are not allowed. Any unwanted item can be returned after receiving the full order by contacting us.

Returns & Exchanges
Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition withsame packaging and tags attached.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case Mona Abbadi covers the shipping cost.

Exchanges are subject to availability. The customer covers both the return shipping fee and the shipping fee for the exchanged item.
